WINTER ANGELS

Sponsor a child for the winter.

Every December we take the names of local children and send them into the coldest months with everything they need. The list comes from their school, their caseworker or their community center. We go get it, wrap it and hand it over.

What a sponsorship buys.

Every child’s list is different, because every child is.

$250

ONE CHILD, ONE WINTER

  • A coat in the right size, and boots that will last the season

  • Hat, scarf, gloves, mittens, and scarf

  • Three warm weather outfits that fit, in colors they like

  • Socks, underwear, pajamas, and a warm blanket

  • Hygiene basics — toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairbrush, and face wash

  • The one toy they asked for by name

Plus whatever else that particular child needs. No two lists come to us the same way, and we shop to the list.

HOW IT WORKS

We take the list literally.

We work with the community to get the details most people never think to ask for: shoe size, favorite color, ultimate superhero. In December, that list comes with a deadline. We shop it, wrap it, and get it to the family before the school break starts.
